Your cards and hands never leave your browser. We store your email, your plan and a weekly hand count, and nothing else about your play.
Who we are
PokerNow Hack (“we”, “us”) makes the PokerNow Hack browser extension and runs pokernowhack.com. This policy covers both. Questions go to support@pokernowhack.com.
What the extension reads on PokerNow
On pokernow.com pages, the extension reads the table you have open: your hole cards, the board, the pot, the bets, how many players are in the hand and whether it’s your turn. It uses this to work out your equity, pot odds, outs and a suggested action.
All of that happens in your browser. Your cards, the board, the other players and the hands you play are never sent to us or to anyone else. The extension doesn’t read any other website.
What we collect
Your account
The practice hand works without an account. To play real hands you sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. We then keep your email address and an account ID. Sign-in runs on Firebase Authentication, a Google service, and code emails are sent through Resend.
Your hand count
Free accounts get 3 real hands a week, so we count them on our server against your account. Each count stores a hand identifier, made from the game’s ID and a hand number, so the same hand isn’t counted twice. It never contains your cards. We keep these identifiers only for the latest week you used a free hand, and delete them with your account.
Your plan and payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, your plan, whether it renews and when the current period ends, so the extension knows you’re Pro. If you start a checkout and don’t finish it, we may send you one reminder email, no more than once every 30 days.
Uninstall feedback
When you remove the extension, Chrome opens a short form on this site. Anything you choose to send there, a reason and an optional comment, is stored without your account or email.
Analytics
If analytics are turned on, the extension sends PostHog product events such as installs, tutorial steps, sign-ins and upgrade clicks, with the extension’s version. Before you sign in they’re tied to a random install ID, and after you sign in to your account email. Analytics never include your cards or your hands, and we don’t record your screen. On this website, analytics count page views and button clicks without cookies.
Settings on your device
Your HUD settings, its position on screen and your sign-in session are kept in Chrome’s extension storage on your computer. Removing the extension deletes them.
What we don’t collect
- Your cards, hands, hand history or results.
- Other players' names, cards or actions.
- Your PokerNow login or password.
- Your browsing on any site other than pokernow.com.
- Payment card numbers.
How we use it
Only to run the product: to sign you in, to count free hands, to know whether you’re Pro, to send the emails described above and to answer you when you write to us. We don’t sell your data, share it for advertising or use it to build profiles.
The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase: sign-in, our database and server functions.
- Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
- Resend: sign-in codes and the checkout reminder email.
- PostHog: product analytics, only if turned on.
- Cloudflare: hosting for this website.
Each one processes data only to provide its service to us. Some are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there.
Extension permissions
- Access to pokernow.com: to read the table and draw the HUD on it.
- Storage: to keep your settings and sign-in session on your computer.
- Scripting: to add the HUD to PokerNow tabs that were already open when you installed it.
- Identity: to let you sign in with Google.
- Alarms: to check for your Pro upgrade after a checkout.
How long we keep it
Account and plan details are kept while your account exists. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account record and hand count.
Your choices
You can use the practice hand without an account, sign out at any time from the extension, and remove the extension from Chrome at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email support@pokernowhack.com from the address you signed in with. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we honor them on request.
Children
PokerNow Hack isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we’ll also tell you in the extension.
